Anambra Commissioner Onyenji Urges Youths To Embrace State Government’s Skill Acquisition Programme…

Youths in Anambra State have been advised to key into the state Government’s skill acquisition programmes to become self-reliant.

The Anambra State Commissioner for Culture, Entertainment and Tourism Comrade Don Onyenji gave the advice when the Joint Campus Council of the National Association of Nigerian Students Anambra State chapter paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Awka.

Commissioner Onyenji who charged them to be serious with their education, encouraged them to organize themselves and harness the potential in the creative industry.

The Commissioner urged them to have a link with the state government by identifying with the various skill acquisition programmes of the state which include One Youth Two Skills and Innovation District Programmes.

The Commissioner also encouraged them to venture into Information Communication Technology to make genuine money with their smartphones.

On his part, the leader of the group, Master Chibuikem Nnaka, thanked Commissioner Onyenji for his warm reception and informed him of their intending programme coming up before the end of the year and appealed for his support and partnership.
