Buhari commissions King David University in Ebonyi

President Muhammadu Buhari has commissioned the King David University of Medical Sciences Ụbụrụ in Ohaozara local government area of Ebonyi State.
The President, who is on a two-day working visit to the State, described the University as a wonderful and excellent project.
The buildings commissioned inside the university include the Teaching Hospital, the administrative block of the University, hostels, staff residential areas and University Secondary school blocks, etc.
Governor David Umahi told the President that the school is equipped with some of the most modern equipment in various specialties in medicine.
He noted that the school has the capacity to produce dialyzers, which is one of the most important components in dialysis.
Umahi also said the institution was constructed through direct labour to cut down costs.
He appreciated the financial support of the President, which enabled the State Government to complete the university and other legacy projects of the administration.
The President also commissioned the King David University Twin Flyover in front of the University and the Uburu-Mpu dualized concrete road.
