FG generates N1.8bn from sales of forfeited assets – Malami

The Federal government realised over N1.8 billion from the sale of assets seized from corrupt persons and organisations in the country.
The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami, announced the figure at a news conference in Abuja on Thursday.
The Minister disclosed that the sum of $390 million, £6.3 million and €5.4 million has been recovered from various countries in favour of Nigeria.
