Former APGA National Chairman Umeh Disburses N10M School Fees To VUMEF Beneficiaries

A one-time National Chairman of the All-Progressives Grand Alliance APGA, Senator Victor Umeh has offset school fees of students under the Victor Umeh Education Foundation, to the tune of ten million naira.
The annual event recorded the fifteenth edition this year with many success stories.
The event which took place at the benefactor’s country home, Aguluzigbo in Anaocha Local Government Area attracted the Vicar General Catholic Diocese of Ekwulobia, some of the beneficiaries, Stakeholders of the Aguluzigbo and beyond.
Handing over the ten-million-naira worth of draft to Victor Umeh Education Foundation Board Chairman, Reverend Father Peter Uzoezie, Senator Umeh said that he has taken it as a passion to empower the youths for the good of the society.
He challenged the beneficiaries to avoid any form of social vices and focus on their education to enable them to become the best for themselves and their families.
A First Class, Chemical Engineering Graduate of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Mr Chukwuma Nwanazoba who was a product of Victor Umeh Education Foundation thanked the benefactor for the opportunity and advised other beneficiaries to be outstanding in all their endeavors as a way of appreciating their benefactor, Senator Umeh.
Mr Chinonso Onyeanusi, a student of Federal Polytechnic Oko who is currently benefiting from the scheme assured to be the best possible.
Earlier, the Victor Umeh Education Foundation Board Chairman, Reverend Father Peter Uzoezie noted that the scholarship which was meant for the indigents has benefited the society greatly.
He appreciated the benefactor for his gesture and encouraged the beneficiaries to utilize the opportunity optimally.
It was revealed that Victor Umeh Education Foundation produced seventy-three graduates and one PhD holder in the 2021and 2022 academic year.
