Senator Representing Anambra South At National Assembly Ubah Lauds Soludo On Development Initiatives, Unveils Security Gadgets..

Governor Chukwuma Soludo says effective partnership between government and the people of Anambra State will surely fast track and bring about even development in the State.

Governor Soludo stated this in Nnewi during the unveiling of security gadgets for Anambra South, by the Senator Representing Anambra South Senatorial District at the National Assembly Dr Ifeanyi Ubah.

The gadgets procured by Dr Ubah included about six thousand solar powered street lights with surveillance camera and about one thousand walking talking among other things which the samples were displayed at Ifeanyi Ubah Stadium Nnewi.

Governor Soludo while addressing the gathering said that security of the State is a collective responsibility and commended Dr Ubah for the initiative.

He called on other well-meaning individuals to join the bandwagon to make Anambra a better place.

He emphasized that the development of Anambra State is beyond partisan politics and advised that Ndi Anambra irrespective of political and religious affiliations should form a common front to make Anambra State livable and prosperous.

Dr Ubah in his speech commended Governor Soludo for his giant strides since assumption of office especially in the area of security, human capital development, youth empowerment, road infrastructure among others. He re-assured his continuous contribution towards achieving a better Anambra State.

He emphasized that the security challenges confronting the District prompted the move and promised to do more to support the Governor’s policies.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Security, retired Air Vice Marshal Ben Chiobi , said that the initiative will boost the security architecture in Anambra South Senatorial District adding that he will ensure the execution is in line with what the law stipulates.
