Traditional Ruler Of Umuoba -Anam, Ekwealor Urges Anambra Residents To Support Soludo’s Sanitation Initiative…

The Traditional ruler of Umuoba Anam, Anambra East Local Government Area, Igwe George Ekwealor has called on Ndi Anambra to support the clean, green and sustainable Anambra initiative of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s administration.

Igwe Ekwealor who stated this in his Palace at Umuoba Anam said that the initiative will help to entrench a clean and healthy society.

The traditional ruler who commended the Governor for his numerous developmental strides, urged Ndi Anambra to support the programme and ensure that they dispose their waste properly.

He appealed to the residents of Anambra to always keep their environment clean, stop deforestation, as he said that cleanliness is next to godliness.

The Umuoba Anam monarch maintained that the clean, green and sustainable Anambra will help to eradicate the incessant erosion menace ravaging the state.

Igwe Ekwealor also called on the newly elected House of Assembly members in the state to synergize with the Executive arm of the government to give Ndi Anambra the desired prosperous and liveable homeland.
